Bullseye test image is available for testing on Cloud instance. Upgrade Language team's Apertium cloud instance will be useful to test latest Apertium (and newer pairs) that is going to be available in Production when Apertium in production is upgraded to Bullseye. Apertium in Production is likely to be updated around June. * [x] Get Bullseye image to Language project on Horizon. * [x] Build apertium-ng instance using Bullseye release. * [x] Fix bastian issue and document it. * [ ] Testing of current and newly added language pairs on CX2 instance.
