Twinkle is a popular gadget on enwiki. Twinkle-core is a fork of twinkle that adds i18n/l10n support to it, created per https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Project/Rapid/SD0001/Twinkle_localisation
Presently English i18n messages are at https://github.com/wikimedia-gadgets/twinkle-core/blob/master/i18n/en.json. I haven't yet added a qqq.json file, but will add it soon.
