Quarry is currently running slow - https://quarry.wmflabs.org/query/28096 was running in ~8-15 minutes last month, but the exact same query has been timing out and being killed for over two weeks now. Is there anything that can be done to speed things up, or to increase the limit on the run-time for the queries?
