Something has changed in Jenkins, and now every patch I submit to OpenStackManager is rejected. For example: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/266940/ I could use clarification if this is an emergency "All our code is broken and needs fixing!" situation or if we just rolled out an overzealous test prematurely. In the meantime this makes it hard to work on OSM.
