Change Details

Here's what happened; I don't know if it's reproducible: 1) Someone started a new thread at James F's talk page on mw.org. I watch the page, so I received a notification. 2) I clicked on the main body (not the link) of the Echo message. 3) I ended up in the wrong place on the page (in the following section), and I couldn't scroll up to see the new one. This happened in Safari 8.0.6 on Mac OS 10.10
