Wherever IP addresses are listed, they must be forced to be LTR. This is particularly an issue with IPv6 in which the separator is ":", and most browsers don't render it LTR if the page is RTL (e.g. fawiki) and the value to the left of the colon is all numeric but the value to the right starts with a letter (A-F).
Example: this IP address `2600:1700:9750:1111:B456:AF19:4187:E9F3` will appear as `B456:AF19:4187:E9F3:2600:1700:9750:1111` in an RTL page.
Specifically, the <a> tag that holds the IP needs a `dir=ltr` attribute.
