Deploy Envoy proxy and simple rest API behind it on our infrastructure so that we can test out the connection between Keycloak and Envoy that will provide authentication and authorization. **Acceptance criteria** I can access API endpoint behind envoy instance. **To-Do** [ ] deploy Envoy to out infrastructure [ ] setup CI/CD pipeline for Envoy if we need to add custom code to it [ ] deploy some dummy API (maybe headless CMS) so that we can test authentication connection
