So this system was started (and then not finished) with decom on T164395. Whatever it's state was, now its online, but not calling into icinga or puppet. As such, I'll be shutting it down shortly and getting it started on decom. This checklist is able to be copied and pasted into phabricator hardware request tasks for reclaiming systems to spare or decom. [] - all system services confirmed offline from production use [] - set all icinga checks to maint mode/disabled while reclaim/decommmission takes place.
