**Background:** Prateek & Ilana have discussed that of the three main states for the download experience (download in progress, download complete, download error), the download error state is the most important for users to know about & to receive more information, if possible. This is because, in all other states, they will have the behavior they want and expect. However, in the case of error, they are in a position they do not want to be in and the next steps are often unclear.
**Acceptance Criteria:**
* If the download request results in an error, the user should see:
** "Error exporting book. Try again." This is for cases when we think trying again could actually result in a successful book result.
** "Error exporting book. See more." The "See more" link would direct users to a Mediawiki page (written by Ilana) that lists some common reasons that ebook exports don't work and next steps.
