We sometimes decline RFCs and leave them in whatever column they were in, sometimes we untag the task, sometimes we move it to the "Cancelled" column on #archcom-approved. This last case seems both good and bad. Good because it's easy to find. Bad because it's conflict with being "Approved". {F12393148} I suggest we remove the "Cancelled" column from the TechCom-RFC/Approved workboard, and instead re-create the column on the main TechCom-RFC workboard. In cases the task was only about the RFC, we can still also close the task with Phabricator status "Declined", but in the more common case where we would currently untag ourselves, we can leave the tag but use the Declined column instead.
