A new version of mediawiki-codesniffer is ready for use https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-tools-codesniffer/blob/master/HISTORY.md This should be used in all of the Wikibase PHP repositories that we have that already use the mediawiki-codesniffer. The wikibase-codesniffer should also be updated to use the new mediawiki-codesniffer version.
