I apologize in advance, as I have to reference an out of band email conversation that I'm unable to fully integrate into Phabricator. (Don't blame me fellow phabricator lurkers, I'm simply documenting the parts that are going to be public simply by implementation.) Joel's recent comparison of HR tracking to admin module showed an irregularity. User ananthrk is listed, when he doesn't show as active staff on the list provided. Since this includes some groups that have private data, I'm going to be paranoid and roll the access to disabled now. If it turns out in the AM that I was wrong, someone can revert my changes.
