- [X] Improve home page and tool card design; remove excessive white space and reduce size
- [X] Remove keywords
- [X] Make the entire card clickable
- [X] Remove the two big blue buttons
- [X] Remove the fixed height; possibly truncate the description to 3-4 lines
- [X] Change the word "authoritative" to "comprehensive" or "collaborative" or "community-authored"
- [ ] Minor tweaks on tool page
- [x] Remove the grey background on hover in additional info table
- [ ] ~~External link icon on the browse button to show what it is for; and wording change
