**Feature summary** Have a custom thumbnail for a file AND have it displayed with the size of a thumbnail. `[[File:Ubisoft Quebec office.webm|thumb=Ubisoft Quebec office in 2013.jpg|Ubisoft Quebec office in 2013]]` I want this to display with the default thumbnail size (220px if you didn't change it in your preferences), not the 1200px of the jpg. **Use case(s)** First I uploaded the .webm video. The thumbnail that was generated for it was kinda useless, so I took a screenshot of the video and uploaded that as Ubisoft Quebec office in 2013.jpg. This works but it no longer scales to thumbnail size. **Benefits** Sure I can upload a 220px thumbnail (looks like I have no choice, maybe I can hack the thumbnail with TemplateStyles but yuck) but not everybody has 220px set for their thumbnail size. And it's inconvenient as this forces people to upload tiny thumbnails, and it requires uploading another thumbnail to adjust the thumbnail size. Not quite sure if this is a bug.
