This task will track the setup and installation of authdns1001.wikimedia.org. This host was purchased on the single cpu misc order task T195417, and is one of the 7 identical single cpu misc class systems ordered.
This host will replace the use of radon.wikimedia.org. Once this is fully online, radon will be decommissioned.
Racking Proposal: **This can go into any 1G networked rack.** It is replacing (not expanding) radon, so it's location in regards to radon is immaterial.
