Reply links appear for users who can't edit the page (e.g. because it's protected and the user is not logged in). We previously fixed this in T240582 but it came back, looks like we broke it in {64392af4853092fbf4d02e622cdc4f638ab5d133} (T252555). Notice `[ reply ]` link are: **A)** visible and **B)** appear as they normally do 3. Click any `[ reply ]` link on the page 4.
