Change Details

`Parser.php` currently ignores fragment identifiers of `Media:` links, which is inconvenient if you want to use [Parameters for Opening PDF Files](https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/pdf_open_parameters.pdf). `[[Media:Example.pdf#page=5]]` currently does not work. While as a workaround you can create a template like `[{{filepath:{{{1}}}}}#{{{#|}}} {{{2|{{{1}}} }}}]`, using it is quite cumbersome because you have to change `[[Media:Example.pdf]]` to `{{Media|Example.pdf|#=page=5}}`. An implementation of this would be very much appreciated.
