As a PM, I want to be able to test Watchlist Expiry in a neutral testing environment, so that bugs and issues that I identify are most likely related to the Watchlist Expiry feature (rather than general environment issues) **Acceptance Criteria:** * Determine a more neutral environment for testing the watchlist expiry feature * Enable watchlist expiry on this environment
