This needs to change from a button to a tickbox. @NavinoEvans I think something might have to happen in the JS to switch the input type

- Remove "show # entries" box - Change Show closed button to tickbox and move under table - Move create new button to under table - fix centering of UI elements (mobile only) @NavinoEvans sounded like you already spotted how to remove UI elements from datatables and something prob needs changing your end to swap the button for a tickbox
