As a mismatch provider
I want a page to generate and view my authentication token
in order to have it for my authentication during the mismatch file upload
**Problem:**
Bare-minimum page exists but needs some love to make it usable and understandable.

**Authentication Token tab when the user is not logged in (token provided after the user logs in)**

~~**Regenerating the token**~~
**Acceptance criteria:**
[ ] the authentication token tab displays the actual token for users to write it down.
[ ] the authentication token tab displays the following info: Permission, created at, Last used at.
[ ] users can delete the token to get a new one (which will get displayed)
~~[ ] users can regenerate the token (which will get displayed).~~

Hints:
- For server rendered pages, we can achieve the new token alert message, by ["flash"ing](https://laravel.com/docs/8.x/responses#redirecting-with-flashed-session-data) the generated token to the user
- The generic layout which is shared with the import status page can be handled in {T287011}
