Translate is not robust in face of datacenter switch. At the moment, all writes are done only to eqiad, so the ttmserver index is missing from codfw. This makes Translate unusable during a DC switch and should be fixed before moving mediawiki to codfw. More details should be added by @dcausse and @Nikerabbit.
