[Community Engagement Insights](https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Community_Engagement_Insights) is an annual survey which (for our purposes) goes out to a broad sample of active Wikimedia contributors. The 2018-19 edition is kicking off in September. Based on an initial meeting with @JKatzWMF and @DannyH, Audiences is interested in continuing to participate.
