The platform specific documents for HP are not in line with our other documentation listed on https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Platform-specific_documentation * move and rename documents into proper sub-page and title format * merge dl360/dl380 gen9 docs and clean up (they were written by labs, but the info needs to be for all ops) * update the gen9 docs to include all gen8 commands that still are in use (shouldnt have to pull up two pages to work on one server) * clean up page formatting and layout to match other platform docs
