Important changes: 1. Uploader rights MUST NOT be granted automatically. 2. Only administrators will grant Uploader rights to trusted users (if they have minimum 50 mainspace edits and after a discussion). If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Me or any other sysop will answer on them.
