**User story**
As a user who plans and tracks her daily activity using Today screen widgets on iOS, I want a simple widget that reminds me what article I was last reading and can reopen the article to the section where I left off.
**Additional details**
This would be similar to the Continue Reading card which is inserted at the top of the feed when the user leaves the app with an article open, and doesn't reopen the app within 24 hours.
I'd suggest we simplify the logic here, since the apps open/close state is not relevant. As a user who actively uses the Today screen for understanding and planning my day, I simply want a nice easy bookmark to the last article I was reading on Wikipedia.

**Notes:**
- During prototyping we also added the opening text of the section where you left off, so that you can be reminded of where you were in a long article before choosing whether to continue reading.
- Widget can open on 3D touch on the Wikipedia app icon in the homescreen (appears above the existing 3D touch actions of Search, Nearby & Random)
