We should setup a netflow collector to help us with our peering needs and capacity planning, as well as potentially DDoS detection. `pmacct` is one of the alternatives and a very powerful piece of software for doing this, so we should puppetize it and deploy it. Moreover, we should explore a web interface (either an existing one, or writing one) to help us do such monitoring.
