As a user I want to be able to - close the import tab without destroying the move - receive the target link, even if the move is not completed yet so that I can continue working - be notified of a successful / failed move (if the "its working page" is not in my viewport anymore?)

**Motivation** Due to the limits enforced on file and revision size, we don't expect imports to take very long. However, there will probably be a delay between clicking "import" and the import being done. Therefore, we want to let the users know that the import started and how long it will probably take **Task** Add a non-js page that the user is redirected to once they hit the submit button **Mock** TODO #wmde-design **Acceptance Criteria** [] Once the user clicks on the "import" button, they are redirected to the special page as shown in the mock [] Once the upload is done, they are automatically redirected to the new page on the target wiki [] This is still part of the non-js MVP, so the solution should not use any js
