As a product manager, I would like to have access to a single spreadsheet that lists all Wikibase Cloud instances with the following information:
* The info available in the [conversion API call](https://api.wikibase.cloud/wikiConversionData)
* The info available in the [discovery API call](https://www.wikibase.cloud/api/wiki?sort=pages&direction=desc&is_active=1&page=1&per_page=2000) (unless it's already present in the first API call, also make sure the number of Wikis is not limited like in the example URL from the ticket :))
* Basic settings of the Wikibase from the dashboard (for example, whether anti spam protection is on, whether accounts must be requested, and so on)
* total number of items (as implemented in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T314481)
* total number of properties (as implemented in ^^^)
* Email of the admin user (to clarify: do I understand right that there can be several?)
* Date/time when the admin user was created
* flag if email has been verified
* Date/time when the admin last logged in to the dashboard
Unlike the API calls, this CSV should also include:
* deleted Wikibases
* is_deleted flag
* date_time_deleted
* reason_deleted (implemented in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T347865)
This will allow me to quickly access and manipulate all relevant information without having to merge it manually in spreadsheets. It will also further be expanded in the future to include other columns.
**Only logged-in WBC team members should have access to the results of the API call**
