Before offering Topic Subscriptions (desktop) as a default-on feature at the 20 Wikipedias that participated in the A/B test, we would like to make the volunteers at these projects aware of the test results.
This way: volunteers can feel confident the impact of this feature was considered and understood before being made available to everyone who is logged in.
