A donor pointed out that we're missing "Dundee" from the list of Scotland counties on the UK donation form.
However the more I dig into this, the more I think we should just remove the "County" field, or at the very least make it optional. The term is ambiguous (postal county/ceremonial county/local government county) and sometimes inaccurate ("London" isn't a county). Postcodes have eliminated the need for using a county in addresses since 1996, and [[ http://www.royalmail.com/personal/help-and-support/How-do-I-address-my-mail-correctly | Royal Mail ]] no longer recommend including it. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postal_counties_of_the_United_Kingdom for more info. And to run with the example above, Dundee never even had a "postal county", it was always sufficient to just write "Dundee" as the town.
Any reason to keep the field (e.g. payment processors need it)?
