@mark,
We have some items in ESAMS showing in our Juniper entitlement report, but not in racktables. I'm guessing these are new items. Also we have some items in racktables that need clarification.
I'll list them off for review below:
asw-oe16-esams - this has no serial in racktables and it doesn't seem in the stack of asw-esams.mgmt.esams.wmnet. This was ordered via T161930, but its serial was never put into racktables.
asw-oe15-esams - this has no serial in racktables, isn't in a rack (so it didn't show on my report initially) and it doesn't seem in the stack of asw-esams.mgmt.esams.wmnet. This was ordered via T161930, but its serial was never put into racktables.
The two above switches likely have the serials of: TA3717090152, TA3717090331, or TA3715210188.
S/N: TA3715210188 - This shows as a QFX5100 located in Haarlem but isn't in racktables.
S/N: TA3717090152 - This shows as a QFX5100 in Ashburn, but we don't have any unaccounted for QFX5100 in storage (Chris checked.)
S/N: TA3717090331 - This shows as a QFX5100 in Ashburn, but we don't have any unaccounted for QFX5100 in storage (Chris checked.)
S/N: TA3716160376 - this shows as a QFX5100 in Plainfield, Indiana. So something isn't correct. Trying to determine where these two serials are, so asking both you and Chris about them. Is this a switch newly ordered for esams?
S/N: TA3716160364 - this shows as a QFX5100 in Plainfield, Indiana. So something isn't correct. Trying to determine where these two serials are, so asking both you and Chris about them. Is this a switch newly ordered for esams?
ACRH4681 - line card in mx480, likely in cr3-esams, need confirmation
CAHX6845 - linely the cr3-eqiad, but cr3-esams has no serial in racktables.
