Open the example, then click on the frame, and then click on California. A popup for Jerry Brown will be shown, but the link is red. This is wrong, the link should be blue. Inspecting the link you will find the page to be missing, but you can still open the page and it exists. There is a thread on the discussion page, it could be about the same thing.
