{F55159688} am being, allegedly, throttled because six people have created accounts on my IP in the last 24 hours; I've tried to do this multiple times over the course of the last several weeks and gotten the same thing. I was told to try logging out and logging in again, checking all of the extra options, making myself IP block exempt et cetera, I tried a VPN and got the same message. I Do I seriously have to go do this at the library? I have no idea what tag I'm supposed to put on this, so I am selecting something that sounds general.
