Please rack and cable one of the new database boxes from this order T144807. I've reserved 10.64.40.99 and hostname will be frdb1002.frack.eqiad.wmnet. Frdb1002/eth0 should be connected to the opposite PFW from frdb1001/eth0. I'm not sure whether we ended up double-connecting frdb1001, if we did please do the same with frdb1002.
