Since ORES is being deprecated we need to remove it's usage from `structured-data` service and our `API client`, so that we don't maintain code and functionality that we are no longer going to use. **Acceptance criteria** - `structured-data` service no longer calls ORES API - `wmf` API client no longer has a functionality to call ORES API **ToDo** - [x ] remove ORES support from `wmf` API client - [x] remove ORES calls from `structured-data` service **Checklist for testing** - [ ] deploy `structured-data` service to `dev` - [ ] look through the logs to see if there are any unexpected errors - [ ] listen to the `aws.structured-data.articles.v1` topic in the `kafka-ui` - [ ] make sure new messages show up for all event types
