As a Watchlist Expiry user, I want the "change duration" link added to the pop-up, so that I can only see the watchist expiry dropdown when it is relevant to me.

* Include text for "Change duration" at the bottom the pop-up
* The text should be clickable
* If the user clicks on the text, the dropdown appears
