This task is to get product teams generally using the same locations for feedback loops. Currently there is no standardization, some teams prioritize email over wikis, IRC over email, wikis of both, or any other combination. This is fine, prioritize away, but we have a need to make sure that there are a few set channels of communication that we are guaranteed to check. The order of importance can be defined by the product team.

This will outline when teams can expect community feedback and how they do it, whether it's through product talk pages, bug reporting, Village pump posts, emails, that sort of thing.
