In Czech Wikipedia, anonymous users cannot see number of hits for each filter [[ https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speci%C3%A1ln%C3%AD:Filtry_zneu%C5%BEit%C3%AD | in the main interface ]]. However, if you inspect any of public filters (like [[ https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speci%C3%A1ln%C3%AD:Filtry_zneu%C5%BEit%C3%AD/1 | the first one ]]), there is a (non-functional) link to the abuse log with number of hits.
