Change Details

I carefully typed up a Phabricator task and wasn't sure how to submit it, and mistakenly hit the "+ Create Task" button at the upper-right on the page. It deleted the description and metadata I had carefully entered and gave me a blank task form. Of course I should have hit the "Create Task" button at the lower-right, but there's no excuse for irretrievably throwing away user data. The browser (FF35.0.1/OSX) back button was not enabled, presumably because this was accomplished with javascript.
