It probably isn't feasible to map all of the custom URLs (e.g. {T75732}), but it would be useful to map anything starting with https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/enter_bug.cgi to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/task/create/ . Currently, it goes to the homepage.
