Add 3 buttons to the Special:CreatePage landing page. The three buttons should be the same as the 3 buttons here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Autoconfirmed_article_creation_trial/Landing_page_mock-up Don't worry about adding any of the additional text or fancy page formatting yet. The destinations of the 3 buttons should match the destinations in the mock-up (and pass along the subpage from the URL). The whole page should be a template so that it doesn't get translated in TranslateWiki. Make the h1 header "Create page".
