When I was writing a task or writing a comment, I was trying to __underline__ and //italicize// the same word simultaneously. As I noticed, however, the execution of simultaneous underline and italicizing becomes impossible. The words are italicized but not underlined. `__//this//__` --> __//this//__ `//__this__//` --> //__this__// `__//this__//` --> __//this__// `//__this//__` --> //__this//__ Simultaneous bolding and underlining works in the Phabricator software, like **__this**__ (`**__this**__`); same for bolding and italicizing, like **//this**// (`**//this**//`). The same can't be said for __//underlining and italicizing__// (`__//underlining and italicizing__//`).
