== Repro steps
1. Visit Home page.
2. Switch to airplane mode.
3. There is a reduced Home page layout - the switching to offline mode needs to be done twice:

4. Just after a switch to offline once - Home page is displayed as it was before - but some functionality is missing:
a) Random article cannot be refreshed - but the refreshed icon is displayed as active
b) some of the articles from "Because your read" list do not display their images
c) the articles from "Because your read" list can be 'Saved for later'. The articles will be displayed immediately in Saved pages without a matching bookmark icon and clicking on them displays a blank page.

d) Any article on the Home page can be clicked - but a blank page is displayed

e) Nearby - the articles are displayed without images

== Expected results
After switching to offline mode, there should be more smooth experience for a user - if some functionality is unavailable - a user should get a feedback or the functionality should be disabled.
== Actual results
- Two different Home page layouts
- Confusing functionality - e.g. Save pages which is not saving, clicking on articles' links that display blank pages.
