VE is a bad project to use as a template for other Phlogiston reports because the properties are mostly true for VE but not for other projects:
# almost all stories are pointed
# unpointed stories are assigned a default value
# historical data is extensively manipulated, including blending both category-as-project and category-as-projectcolumn
# maintenance fraction is derived from categories, not orthogonal projects
Phlogiston needs a model project that is better suited to cloning for other projects. Currently I'm using Collaboration as this model because they had a bunch of sprints. Things to fix:
[ ] chart both points and count
[ ] calculate maintenance fraction
[ ] change "reconstruct" to handle maintenance fraction projects as a special case in addition to category-type projects
[ ] make charts
