I'm not sure if this is required, but setting up WikibaseLexeme locally turns out to be challenging. Wikibase properties and items need to be created manually, for example. Are development environments usually provisioned through Docker? Is https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:WikibaseLexeme the current best installation guide?

I'm not sure if there's an audience for it, but a mediawiki-vagrant role for WikibaseLexeme would have been helpful to me at the moment. Setting up the extension locally turns out to be challenging.
