We had a successful campaign with the new fundraising application so we no longer need to keep the old one as a fallback on the servers. Necessary steps: * Change `fundraising_frontend.yml` playbook to no longer use the `newapplication` prefix and symlink for the NGINX configuration. * Remove the `install_old_app.yml` playbook and `switch_app.sh.j2` template * Put oldapplication directory on the production server in an archive and delete the directory.
