This discrepancy is causing errors the test.

- Access the test snapshot for the "[[ https://pixel.wmcloud.org/reports/desktop/index.html | desktop ]]" and "[[ https://pixel.wmcloud.org/reports/desktop-dev/index.html | desktop-dev ]]" environments.
- Observe that the main menu and TOC are pinned.
- Compare with the reference snapshot where they are unpinned.
