In {T116908} we suspect sending large amount of content for autosave can have failures. To address that and also to address general bandwidth usage, we can compress the HTML content and decompress at ApiContentTranslationPublish VE does that for article publish. It uses https://github.com/Jacob-Christian-Munch-Andersen/Easy-Deflate
