Right now, https://github.com/wikimedia/analytics-refinery/blob/master/oozie/mediawiki/geowiki/monthly/insert_geowiki_daily_data.hql#L39 groups anon users by their IP only. It is more accurate to group them by IP and User Agent. It's a very small change in the script and a re-run of the jobs if we want to apply it historically.
