Prerequisites:
- [ ] [[ https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/q/repo:operations/alerts+-status:merged+-status:abandoned | Pending changes ]] are merged or abandoned
- [ ] Verify if a redirect can be set up in Gerrit for read operations over HTTP
Steps:
- Announce a maintenance window to stop modifications to the repository
- Import the repository into GitLab
- Merge Puppet changes for [[ https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/operations/puppet/+/refs/heads/production/modules/alerts/manifests/deploy/instance.pp | instance.pp ]] and [[ https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/operations/puppet/+/refs/heads/production/modules/alerts/manifests/deploy/prometheus.pp | prometheus.pp ]]
